CONDITIONS

After-sales services are provided free of charge for the first twelve months after delivery.
Please note that a call charge is envisaged for any after-sales servicing request between the twelfth and the twenty-fourth month after delivery.
In addition to the aforementioned call charge, labour costs for jobs lasting more than one hour and travel expenses for return journeys of more than 50 kilometres will also be charged for any after-sales services beyond 24 months of delivery.

Servicing costs will be as detailed below.

CALL CHARGE
Including // fully inclusive of // return journey within 50 kilometres and actual work time, regardless of number of fitters): € 30.00 + 20% VAT

LABOUR COST
€ 30.00+ 20% VAT per hour

TRAVEL EXPENSES
€ 0.40/km beyond 50 kilometres.
